Intake
Breakfast~toasted waffles spread maple-flavored-agave-sweetened-greek-yogurt (ha aint that a mouthful! :P) topped with chopped toasted almonds and sliced bananas with a side of blackberries
Lunch~ Strawberry and maple almond butter ezekiel bread sandwich with a side of baby carrots
Snack~ Chocolate whey protein shake with flax seeds and almond milk with a pink lady apple
Dinner~ Brown rice mixed with mashed avocado soy sauce mixture (omg this tasted like sushi but without the seaweed and seafood but im totally gonna try and make homemade sushi with this soon!) with chickpeas, roasted red bell pepper, and shredded carrot stir fry (squeezed with fresh lemon juice)
Dessert~ raspberries with almond milk and some agave sunflower seed granola (YUMMM)
oh.sweet.baby.almondbutta. This week is gonna be so busy school wise. I won’t have time to run or work out or anything. and i’ll be stressed so i’ll eat more. so i’ll feel even fatter than usual. yay. But besides that today was full of yummy noms. I would like to thank agave sunflower seed granola, maple almond butter, and especially, avocado, for helping me make this a most delicious 24 hours. Seeya kids ^_^
